Leadership River Falls is a program of the River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau.

It is a nine-month training program that brings together existing, emerging and potential leaders from the area to address community needs, strengthen individual leadership skills, and encourages participants to commit to assuming leadership roles in the community.

Each year 12 participants have the opportunity to be involved in the nine-month training program. Topic areas include business and industry, government, health and wellness issues, and natural resources. A community project is also planned and coordinated each year by the participants.
